Annual Reports
Strategic documents
The Swan Canning Riverpark Mooring Management Program (MMP) was developed in 2015 with the cooperation of the Department of Transport, in accordance with Part 4 of the Swan and Canning Rivers Management Act 2006. The MMP has been developed to promote and facilitate coordinated management of swing moorings within the Riverpark; to ensure that management of swing moorings is aligned with the protection of ecological and community benefit and amenity values of the Riverpark; and to set parameters on the management of swing moorings within the Riverpark.
Cultural awareness
The Swan River Trust recognises and celebrates Aboriginal culture and heritage and respects the significance that Derbal Yerrigan (the Swan River) and Dyalgarro beelier (the Canning River) hold for Aboriginal people. Our vision for reconciliation is to provide opportunities for genuine partnerships with Aboriginal people that encompass all aspects of the Trust’s business, ultimately leading to a healthy river for all, forever.
RiverView Magazine
Between 2013 and 2015, the Swan River Trust produced RiverView Magazine, an online publication sharing the stories of the Swan Canning Riverpark with the community.
